The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as per the project agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
Dot CodeLab retains the right to use project samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the project.
We are not liable for:
Any loss or damage caused by third-party tools, plugins, or services used in the project.
Client's misuse or unauthorized alterations to deliverables.
Downtime or issues caused by the client’s hosting provider.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:
The client must pay for work completed up to the termination date.
Deliverables will be provided based on payments made.
We may use third-party tools or services to complete your project. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these services.
We provide a limited warranty for the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Ongoing support or maintenance services may be offered separately.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
